With immediate effect, version 8.4 is available with a multitude of distinguished additions and improvements. As always, center stage is taken by new top features.
Star attractions in Scope 8.4 enable users to set important parameters for themselves by adding new filters and making use of additional options. Conversly, manual import functions have been enhanced with new or improved automated alternatives.
User administration of airline products
Service offers by airlines often include numerous products which are neither needed nor used in day-to-day practice. Automated import of airline products provides every possible service. The user is then presented with a myriad of unclear options, resulting in confusion and wasted time.
By implementing manual pre-selection, the user is can choose precisely which products will be used on a daily basis. These products are then readily available to all users during shipment creation via mouse click or drag-and-drop.
Improvement of shipment overview
New Intelligent filter functions expand the range of possible shipment searches, offering precise overview and analytics of shipments based on weights and volumes.
Import of ZIP-zones for ZIP- plans
Zip-zones can be used as a calculation factor when defining tariffs. The standard manual entry of zip zones is upgraded with automated import of zip zones. Entire zip zone spreadsheets can be imported and assigned to user-defined zip-plans, saving time and ensuring accuracy.
Additional top features in Scope 8.4
A note function enables information and instructions to be transmitted to another user when handing over shipments. AWB prints can be selected before editing and sharing with third parties. The overview “Open Balance & credit limit” is now available as a self-contained appliance. Import can be carried out manually or via interface. Any errors generated while importing data are clearly displayed.
