Integrations & Partners Developed for communication

There's nothing that stops you more during shipment creation than interruptions. Features which are not already implemented in Scope are available through numerous integrations. Scope is open to anyone and anything that seeks to connect digitally or needs to be linked in the global supply chain. Our partners offer a range of services for this purpose. From shipment-related systems and databases to portals for message exchange and shipment tracking.

FORWARDING
Scope communicates with all Cargo Community systems for air freight, the messaging systems for ocean freight, as well as with the ports of Hamburg, Bremerhaven and Rotterdam. Integrations ensure smooth message exchange directly from the respective Scope application and can be implemented and customized as needed. This gets shipments on the road faster.
CUSTOMS
Certified direct connections ensure a seamless and reliable interface between Scope and the customs authorities. Currently available in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the United States. Scope One-for-All integration unifies all customs procedures of all countries, making it easy to implement additional countries' procedures. This creates unlimited possibilities.
FINANCE
Scope masters financial logistics management from the initial quote to final settlement, from yield calculation to statistics and evaluations. Thanks to its platform-independent architecture, Scope can also communicate with other applications and thus seamlessly integrate existing accounting and business intelligence programs. An advantage that pays off.

CarbonCare

CarbonCare

CO₂ calculator from CarbonCare

The CO₂ calculator determines the pollutant emissions for all means of transportation worldwide in accordance with the ISO 14083 standard. Seamless integration into Scope means you can carry out the calculations without changing systems. The calculated values provide you with information on the effective environmental impact of CO₂ emissions per shipment. For compensation measures, CarbonCare offers CO₂ compensation projects that are certified by an emissions certificate. Scope calls the API for all shipments by default, regardless of whether an active license key is maintained. The calculation result is displayed at the top of the shipment editor in the title bar, and clicking on the result opens a pop-up dialog with further information.

The following functions are only available with an active license:
  • Printing the emissions on a scope form
  • Extracting the emissions in the shipment overview
  • Calculation of emissions for quotations

Smaller carriers in the United States in particular prefer to use Intuit's QuickBooks program for their financials. Scope has a direct connection to QuickBooks that allows carriers to create and process both customer and vendor invoices directly from Scope. Customer and supplier names and addresses are exchanged as well as credit limits and other relevant data. To further speed up processes, invoices can be created directly from Scope and sent by e-mail or EDI. Open invoices can be imported back into Scope from QuickBooks for each individual customer. In this way, Scope takes control of the debtors and, if necessary, creates payment reminders that can also be sent electronically. If postings are made in QuickBooks in foreign currencies, Scope automatically converts them into USD at the current exchange rates.
