Secure message exchange is not only a question of connectivity, but also of data quality. Message exchange between Scope and airlines is automatic, secure and reliable with the highest quality data. You have the option of creating additional message texts to meet local requirements. The connection to the airlines is made via the Riege Cargo Community System (CCS) to the platforms for airline messaging. Scope automatically selects the best communication channel depending on the availability of an airline on the respective platforms.

MAXIMUM ACCESSIBILITY AND UPDATES OF AVAILABLE AIRLINES

Due to multi-platform connectivity, the maximum number of airlines is always reached, even those that are only connected via a single platform. As soon as the platforms connect a new airline, the lists of available airlines are automatically updated.

BOOKINGS POSSIBLE DIRECTLY FROM SCOPE

You can make bookings directly from Scope if an airline offers this. The need for time-consuming use of external systems is eliminated. An API connection is available for some airlines, so you can create and process quotes and bookings completely from Scope.

FULLY AUTOMATED MESSAGE EXCHANGE

The e-AWB can be automatically transmitted to the airline after a shipment has been completed. The shipment status is automatically updated and displayed both in the respective shipment and in the shipment monitor. This allows you to intervene immediately if action is required.

QUICK TROUBLESHOOTING IF NECESSARY

Transmitted messages are available as e-documents in each shipment. This gives you the ability to resolve message delivery problems to airlines or handling agents in the shortest possible time.

SIGNIFICANT SAVINGS THROUGH E-AWB

The savings from full automation are already felt in the processing phase. Financially significant, however, are the savings in handling fees that are incurred for an AWB without "e".
