Forwarding Dangerous Goods

Identification and avoidance of risks

Identifying dangerous goods information can itself take a dangerously long time. Scope enables direct entry of dangerous goods information in accordance with IATA's Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) within a shipment. Direct access to official lists of dangerous goods data such as UN numbers, IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods) codes and other classifications prevents the disruption to workflows that would be caused by unnecessary system changes.

REQUIRED INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE

When the UN number and classification are selected, the associated text and the required supplementary information are displayed automatically.

AUTOMATIC TRANSFER TO DOCUMENTS

Scope transmits DGR declarations and automatically inserts the captured DGR data into the e-AWB and B/L. This way you can neither forget the DGR information nor do you have to enter it separately.

CLEARLY VISIBLE PRINTOUT IN DOCUMENTS

In Scope, captured DGR data is printed in all relevant documents in a clearly recognizable manner. This ensures immediate visibility for all parties involved, right up to the addressee.
