Email can get in the way. But not when you work with Scope. The e-mail function is integrated into the Scope electronic file. This gives you the option of providing business partners with the necessary documents and information directly from the business process. This saves time, costs and increases efficiency in order processing.
All documents created or stored in the electronic file can be sent from Scope without changing systems. Since there is no need to export documents to an external e-mail system, all communication with your customers or third-party providers runs without detours.
Scope deposits external emails with correspondence to a shipment where they belong - in the email folder for the shipment. The e-mail is displayed in the associated job and the attached files are uploaded to the document folder so that all documents are stored in the respective shipment.
After completing an export shipment, you can transmit the shipment data as a pre-alert to the participating import agent.
