The form templates in Scope contain all documents for handling air and sea freight shipments including customs for Germany and the Netherlands. All forms can be used in a standardized way or individually designed on request.
Since all necessary documents are stored as form templates in Scope, there is no need for cumbersome export to other systems. Conversion to PDF allows immediate e-mail dispatch directly from Scope.
The individualized design allows the forms to be adapted to the official appearance of the company. Supplementary references, e.g. to the forwarding guidelines, can also be integrated.
The generated PDF can be printed on designed sheets even without design elements. This saves the costly use of colored printer cartridges.
