The customs software in Scope serves AES and ISF customs procedures with direct integration to CBP. Fully automated and therefore fast, secure and reliable. Useful functions additionally facilitate and accelerate processing.
Article maintenance allows storage and administration of important information for German ATLAS, Dutch and Swiss customs procedures such as country of origin, detailed product identification, labels, weight and price specifications, product group and charge identification. The restricted access to the change history allows precise traceability of which user executed what changes and when.
To provide seamless and secure connections, direct and certified lines are implemented between Scope and customs. Countries currently served by Scope customs are Germany (ATLAS), Netherlands (AGS), Switzerland (e-dec) and USA (ISF, AMS, AES). Regularly and free of charge updates enable reliable declarations according to regulations. With shorter response times, without external disruptions due to third party deficiencies.
Evaluations in real time. The statistics are available for all customs procedures in Scope and can be configured individually. Within a procedure, different fields can be defined in different layouts, saved and combined with additional filters. In addition, Scope offers special evaluations for the complete control and monitoring of deferral accounts, shipping guarantees and seals. The results of the evaluations can be output directly in Excel or CSV format and this data can be made available to third parties by e-mail. All evaluations are updated automatically and in real time during operation, so that the latest status is always displayed. A manual update is not necessary.
